Who we are.The Lake Dardanelle Chapter of Phi Delta Kappa engages in leadership in education to provide scholarship, research, and service. Members come from Arkansas Tech University, Russellville, Dover, Dardanelle, and Pottsville school districts as well as some other education-affiliated entities in the mid-Western part of Arkansas. This Russellville-based chapter meets monthly to share ideas and to enjoy professional relationships.
