Dean Fleniken addressed the faculty regarding the potential for the year.
Teacher Quality Grants were discussed.
1) Faculty development grants were discussed.  Procedure was outlined for new faculty.  Note the changes on page 2.  Changes in total amount of funding.
Faculty mini grants - Donna has the forms for those as well.

Gwen discussed advising and exit packets.
Forms related to Stage II teaching applications were also discussed as well.
Exit packets - input and examination of these packets was requested. Changes due to the new programs were mentioned. Information regarding the potential changes in curriculum should be considered with these forms.
