I
have one last detail that must be completed for our Pathwise
Institute on Dec 7-8. Our Purchasing
Dept will require the enclosed form completed in the name and tax
identification number of the Deer School District for payment of the cost of
substitutes. I guess Deer School
District will essentially be the vendor.
Once you have completed the form you can either
mail it back to me or send/bring it to Jasper on the 7th.
