Assessment of Evidence and Use of Results:

An application to professional studies, complete with current transcript(s), is presented to the Document Examiner in the office of the Director of Teacher Education Student Services for review and verification.  The results of the review and verification are fed to candidate and advisors.  Test scores, GPA, and specified grades are entered into the database for data collection; monitor % passing exams; provide feedback to Unit, Arts & Sciences and P-12; use results to identify those who may have difficulty early and provide help; evaluate Unit requirements and make appropriate changes; evaluate impact on minority enrollment and implement strategies; and monitor enrollment.
