1. To ensure that the professional education curriculum prepares teacher candidates to teach all students in the PK-12 school	1a. Analysis of Praxis II specialty area assessments. The School Leadership Team (department heads and the Director of Teacher Education Student Services) will meet regularly (ex. bimonthly) as documented by agendas etc. 2c. To prepare the unit for the NCATE accreditation visit in Spring 2005	3a. Establishment of an NCATE Self Study Writing Team for each standard by September,2003. 3b. Schedule meetings of NCATE Steering Committee regularly (ex. bimonthly) to work on accreditation issues. 3c. Reach consensus on the update of the changing conceptual framework by November, 2003 . 3d.
