The Health and Physical Education Complex,
Hull Building, houses a variety of programs and facilities available to ATU students, faculty, and staff for recreational pursuits.
Racquetball Courts (Hull 123, 124, 125, and 126)
Four racquetball courts are located in the Hull Physical Education Building. The courts are available for recreational play when classes are not in session.
Classes are scheduled at the following times

Natatorium (Hull 113)
The Natatorium contains a pool that is seventy-five feet
long and fifty feet wide with eight swimming lanes and three
driving boards. The pool is available for recreational swimming
at the following times for students, faculty, and staff for Fall
2008: |

Admission to the pool is free for
faculty, staff, and students upon presentation of an activated
current Tech ID card.
Faculty and staff swimming pool hours
for Fall 2008 are: Monday through Friday from 11:00 am to 12:45 pm.
Gymnasiums (Hull 112 and 122)
Two gymnasiums are located in the Hull Physical Education Building. One is 100 feet by 50 feet and the other is 100 feet by 100 feet. There are twelve badminton courts, three basketball courts, nine volleyball courts, and three tennis courts marked off on the two gymnasium floors. The
single gymnasium is available for use after 3:00 pm on Monday through Friday and from 1:00 pm to 4:45 pm on Saturday & Sunday when other events aren't scheduled. |

Outside Facilities
Consists of an eight-lane 440 yard track; an activity field located next to the Hull Building; and an intramural field located on the northeast corner of campus. |

Wellness /Fitness Center - Tech Fit (Hull 127) Phone: (479) 498-6088
The Tech Fit Wellness/ Fitness Center houses two Nautilus Circuits, an aerobic/weight training program. The
circuit consists of a seated chest press, a seated row, a shoulder press, a lat pull-down, a bicep curl, a leg curl, a leg extension, a back extension, an abdominal crunch, and a tricep press. |

Service by the Human Performance Laboratory is viewed in the following areas:
Academic
The laboratory serves as an environment for advancing the curricular concepts offered by the Department of Health and Physical Education. A significant percentage of the classes offered utilize the lab to either assess mechanical and physiological parameters or teach students to operate the equipment and interpret data. |

Research
The laboratory is used as an environment to conduct research by undergraduate and graduate students as well as the university faculty.
